Information we collect

When you purchase or contact us, we may receive information such as your name, email address, billing details, order details, payment status, communications and basic technical information about how the website is used. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• process and verify payments;
• deliver the purchased digital product and related order emails;
• provide customer support and resolve download or payment issues;
• prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access;
• maintain business, tax and transaction records; and
• operate, secure and improve the website.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate this store, including Stripe for payment processing and Lovable for website hosting, data storage and transactional email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to perform their services and under their own applicable privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and website information

The website and checkout may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, payment processing and core functionality. We also use Google Analytics to understand page visits and the checkout journey. This measurement does not include customer email addresses, payment references or download links, and advertising personalization is disabled. We do not use this information to sell personal data.

Meta advertising measurement

We use Meta Pixel to send page visits, product views, checkout starts and completed-purchase events to Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and ad delivery optimization. Meta may receive visited page addresses, IP address, browser and device information, and advertising cookie identifiers. Purchase events include the product name, $29 USD value and a random event reference, not a payment or order reference. We do not send payment details, customer email addresses, payment references or private download links to Meta, and do not enable customer matching or automatic form-data collection. Pages with query strings or fragments, or referrers containing them, are excluded from ordinary Pixel tracking to protect private purchase links. After verified payment, an isolated measurement page with no referrer sends only the permitted purchase event; the confirmation address and download links are never passed to that page. Purchases are reported only when advertising was allowed at checkout and remains allowed at confirmation, without replaying blocked purchases.

In regions requiring advertising consent, Meta is blocked until you accept. When your region cannot be determined, we also request consent. Elsewhere Meta may run without a banner, but we honor saved refusals and browser privacy opt-out signals. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to reject or withdraw consent at any time; changes apply immediately and across open tabs. These choices do not change the existing Google Analytics setup.

Your device stores a random visitor reference, advertising choice, date and time, region, and notice version. Acceptance evidence is retained if you later withdraw. The notice for version meta-events-2026-10-18 is: Allow Meta advertising cookies? Meta receives page visits, product views, checkout starts and completed-purchase events (product name, $29 USD value and a random event reference), browser and device information, IP address and cookie identifiers to measure advertising and improve ad delivery. No payment details or customer matching data are sent. You can change your choice in Cookie settings.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain required records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or transaction purposes.
